一款可见光鱼眼镜头系统设计

Design of Fisheye Lens System in Visible Light Range

摘要

为了设计一款可见光范围内的鱼眼镜头系统,先对前组进行了计算设计,利用两块负弯月形透镜作为前组,再进行总光路的初始计算,然后根据前后组视场和像差平衡设计后组,最终选用6块透镜作为后组初始镜头,利用ZEMAX光学设计软件,经过进一步优化设计,并利用两非球面,最终得到一款在可见光波段内,焦距为16.358 mm,全视场角为180°,F数为2.9的鱼眼镜头。设计结果表明,全视场镜头的最大场曲小于0.3 mm,全视场MTF值在空间频率30 lp/mm时基本上不低于0.3。该镜头由8块透镜和1块平行平板组成,其中两块透镜使用了非球面镜,此光学系统结构紧凑,镜片数量较少。

Abstract

In order to design a fisheye lens system in visible light range, the front groups of fisheye lens system are calculated and designed, two negative meniscus lenses are used as the front group of fisheye lens. Then the initial calculation of the total optical path is made. The rear groups of fisheye lens are designed according to the FOV and aberration balance of the front and rear groups. Six lenses are selected as the rear groups of fish eye lens. The initial structure of the fisheye lens is further optimized by using ZEMAX optical software. Two aspheric surfaces have been used in this fisheye lens. Finally, a fisheye lens is obtained in visible light range. Its focal length is 16.358 mm, its full field angle is 180°, its F number is 2.9. The design results show that the maximum field curvature of full field is less than 0.3 mm, the full field MTF value is not less than 0.3 at the spatial frequency 30 lp/mm. The lens consists of eight lenses and a parallel plate. Two lenses are aspheric surfaces in this lens system. The optical system is compact and has few lenses.
