摘要
针对兵器外弹道试验中采用单一探测传感器易输出误触发信号的技术难题,设计了一种双源触发方案。采用电磁传感器在弹丸击发时输出击发启动信号,采用枪口火焰触发器探测弹丸离开枪口时火光输出火焰停止信号;触发时序控制电路接收到击发启动信号后,输出一个设定宽度的时间窗脉冲信号,在时间窗内接收到火焰触发器输出的停止信号,即可判定为有效触发信号,否则为干扰信号,进行滤除。通过实弹射击验证,每次射击均能可靠输出触发信号,无误触发现象,能够有效提高触发装置的可靠性。
Abstract
In order to solve the technical problems of spurious triggering signal using single detecting sensor in weapon external ballistics measurement, a double-source trigger scheme is put forward in this paper. Shooting start signal is generated by the electromagnetic sensor, and the flame stop signal is generated by flame detector. When the trigger timing control circuit receives the shooting start signal, it can generate a plus signal, whose width dependes on the primer action time. If the flame stop signal is generated at the moment, the circuit can generate trigger signal, otherwise, the signal is a disturb signal. The experimental results show that the trigger signal can be reliably output at every fire without mistake trigger, and the reliability of the trigger system is improved.
