摘要
红外光谱成像技术在气体检测、环境监控、目标识别等领域得到了广泛应用。基于时间调制干涉原理,介绍了一种双波段傅里叶变换红外成像光谱仪的设计原理和工作特点。重点叙述了其干涉光学系统的设计,以及外场条件下的工程化措施。在此基础上,针对实际应用中目标与背景光谱特征区别难度大的问题,提出了一种光谱特征曲线解析计算方法。该方法采用光谱重排和一阶微分对差异特征进行放大,并基于主成分分析输出目标光谱检测结果。利用该方法,对实际场景红外光谱图像进行了目标检测实验。实验结果表明,采用该光谱解析方法可以较好地对目标和背景光谱特征进行区分,进而实现基于超光谱图像的目标检测。
Abstract
Infrared spectral imaging has been widely used in many fields, such as gas detection, environmental monitoring and target detection. The design and features of a dual-band FTIR imaging spectrometer based on temporal modulation are introduced in this paper. Interference optics design is focused and indicated, as well as the practical field application design tips. Based on this instrument, for the difficulty in target and background classification in real application, a spectral feature analysis method is proposed. Spectral rearrangement and first order differential is adopted to intensify the spectral feature difference between target and background, and PCA is used to send out the analysis results. Finally, the method is verified experimentally, and the results show that the spectral feature of target and background can be classified and further the target can be detected.
