摘要
某光电平台设备因对力学环境和减重等方面有一定要求, 采用碳纤维复合材料。基于材料性能理论计算与有限元分析两种方法, 对比碳纤维复合材料薄壁壳体试验件结构性能, 验证了上述两种方法的正确性, 为此种碳纤维复合材料薄壁壳体的结构设计提供了理论支撑。利用这两种方法进行了碳纤维复合材料薄壁壳体产品的正向设计, 通过测试产品的结构性能, 证实了理论计算与有限元仿真分析的可靠性, 在碳纤维复合材料薄壁壳体的结构设计中具有较高的应用价值 。
Abstract
The carbon fiber composite material is used for the requirements of the environment and weight reduction for the electro-optical platform equipment. Based on two kinds of methods of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis about material performances, the thin-walled shell test structure performance of the carbon fiber composite material is compared, the correctness of two methods are verified, which provides a theoretical support for the thin-walled shell structural design of the carbon fiber composite material. The two methods are used to design the thin-walled shell product of the carbon fiber composite material. Through testing the structure performances of the product, the reliability of the theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis are confirmed, which have higher application value in the structural design of the thin-walled shell of the carbon fiber composite material.
