摘要
为了降低轨道列车车身侧墙板不锈钢的制造成本, 探索氮气保护焊接的可行性, 采用不同比例的氮氦混合保护气开展CO2激光搭接焊试验, 并针对等离子体行为、焊缝形貌、接头拉伸性能和疲劳性能等方面进行研究。结果表明, 随着氮气成分的增加, 等离子体温度和电子浓度没有显著变化; 焊缝表面成形良好, 搭接界面宽度略有减小; 搭接界面的金相组织均由γ奥氏体和少量δ铁素体组成; 接头力学性能与疲劳性能均无明显变化, 拉伸断裂位置发生在搭接位置处, 属典型的韧性断裂。进一步分析表明, 氮气保护可有效抑制光致等离子体, 使焊接过程较为稳定; 氮气对搭接界面并无明显影响, 故而对接头的力学性能与疲劳性能亦无明显影响。该实验表明, 轨道列车不锈钢的激光搭接焊可采用氮气保护。
Abstract
The CO2 laser lap welding with different nitrogen ratio in nitrogen and helium mixed side shielding gas is investigated for reducing the manufacturing cost of stainless steel for side wall of rail train body and exploring the feasibility of nitrogen gas protection welding. The plasma behavior, weld topography, joint tensile properties and fatigue properties were studied. The results show that the plasma temperature and electron concentration do not change significantly with the increase of nitrogen composition, the surface of the weld is well formed, and the width of the lap interface is slightly decreased. The metallographic structure of the lap joints in the lap interface is composed of γ austenite and a small amount of δ ferrite. There is no obvious change in the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of the joint. The tensile fracture occurs at the lap joint and is a typical ductile fracture. Further analysis shows that nitrogen protection can effectively suppress laser induced plasma, and the welding process is relatively stable. Nitrogen has no obvious effect on the lap interface, so it has no significant effect on the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of the joint. This experiment shows that the laser lap welding of rail train stainless steel can be protected by nitrogen.
