婴幼儿视网膜广域成像关键技术研究

摘要
为解决眼底相机在进行视网膜疾病筛查时视场角较小的问题,设计了一种基于角膜接触眼底镜、利用多环光纤实现广域照明的视网膜广域成像系统。对该系统所采用的眼模型、广域成像及照明方式等进行了研究。首先,为实现系统充分照明,设计了多环光纤照明结构;接着为模拟人眼广域成像原理,结合婴幼儿眼球结构特点建立了Escudero-Sanz大视场眼模型;然后设计了角膜接触眼底镜,采用像差小、折射率大的非球面设计,满足大视场的要求;最后搭建了实验平台。实验结果表明:设计的角膜接触眼底镜可以实现85°视场的广域成像,采用多环光纤光线照明可以得到较清晰的视网膜及其周边血管图像。
Abstract
In order to solve the shortcomings of the fundus camera in the retinal disease screening, the retinal wide-area imaging system based on corneal contact ophthalmoscope and wide-area illumination using multi-ring fiber is designed. The eye model, wide angel imaging, and illumination methods etc. adopted by the system are investigated. First, in order to achieve full illumination of the system, a multi-ring fiber optic illumination structure is designed. In order to simulate the principle of wide angle imaging of human eyes, the Escudero-Sanz large field of view model is established based on the characteristics of infant eyeball structure. Then, a corneal contact ophthalmoscope is designed, which adopts aspherical design with small aberration and large refractive index to meet the requirements of large field of view. Finally, the construction of the experimental platform is built. The experimental results indicate that the retinal imaging system has a full field of view of 85°. A corneal contact ophthalmoscope can be used to achieve wide angle imaging of fundus retina images.
