激光在治疗儿科疾病上的临床应用
Clinical Application of Laser in the Treatment of Pediatric Diseases
摘要
激光技术逐步发展, 因其独特的相干性强、方向性优、单向性好等优势被广大患者需求, 从最早的红宝石激光、He-Ne激光, 到铒激光、钬激光、YAG激光等再发展到半导体激光、准分子激光器, 不同优势的激光器不断问世, 已广泛应用于临床疾病的诊断与治疗。20世纪70年代陆续报道了激光技术在儿科疾病的临床应用, 近些年临床应用报道逐步增多。主要对强激光、光动力疗法和弱激光三个方面在儿科某些病种的临床应用进行综述。
Abstract
With the development of the laser technology, it is required by the majority of patients, due to its unique coherence, directionality and unidirectionality. Lasers with different advantages have been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases from the earliest ruby laser, He-Ne laser, erbium laser,holmium laser, YAG laser tothe semiconductor laser, excimer laser. In the 1970s, the clinical application of laser technology in pediatric diseases was reported successively. In recent years, clinical application reports have gradually increased. This article mainly reviews the clinical application of strong laser, photodynamic therapy and weak laser in some pediatric diseases.
