ADS TFT-LCD漏光敏感性影响因素研究与改善
Research and improvement of influencing factors on ADS TFT-LCD light leakage sensitivity
摘要
ADS TFT-LCD暗态受外力时存在漏光亮度高、范围大、颜色偏黄的敏感性差问题, 模组极易产生漏光。本文研究了玻璃、液晶和隔垫物(PS)3方面对暗态漏光敏感性的影响。研究得出, 玻璃厚度减小, 可以改善按压亮度变化, 例如外力30 N时,0.5 T 玻璃的Lo亮度相比0.7 T Lo亮度下降了33%; 降低液晶Δnd可以改善按压发黄; 相同Δnd, 减小Δn, 增加K, 可减少LC 散射, 继而可减小按压亮度高和范围大问题, 例如外力30 N时, 散射值0.027的Lo亮度相比散射值0.038的Lo亮度下降了28%; 增加PS的支撑密度, 可以减小按压亮度和范围的变化, 例如PS密度3 168 μm2/mm2的Lo亮度相比PS密度2 364 μm2/mm2的Lo亮度下降了22%。通过以上措施, 可以改善ADS产品Lo漏光敏感性。本文对敏感性改善的机理也做了相应解释。
Abstract
ADS TFT-LCD module easily produces Dark light leakage due to the problem of poor light leakage sensitivity. Poor light leakage sensitivity appears with high brightness, large leakage range and yellow color when an external force is applied. In this paper, the effects of glass, LC and PS on the sensitivity to dark light leakage were studied. The result shows that the reduction in glass thickness can improve brightness change, and the decline of Δnd can improve yellow color when an external force is applied. For example, when external force 30 N, 0.5 T glass Lo brightness is lower than 0.7 T Lo brightness by 33%.The result reveals if the Δnd is the same, decreasing Δn or increasing K can reduce LC scatter, which can improve high brightness and large range light leakage. For example, when the external force 30 N, the Lo brightness of the scattering value of 0.027 is reduced by 28% compared with the scattering value of 0.038.The result also shows that the increase of PS support density can improve high brightness and large range light leakage. For example, the Lo brightness of PS density of 3 168 μm2/mm2is lower than PS density of 2 364 μm2/mm2 by 22%.The solution to light leakage sensitivity was established by the research and its theoretical explanation was also given.
