一种折反式LED准直透镜设计
Design of A Reflect and Refract LED Collimating Lens
摘要
提出一种折反式LED准直透镜设计。根据非成像光学理论推导出准直透镜的数学模型, 利用数值分析方法对透镜模型进行求解和优化, 通过Matlab编程和三维软件Solid works的构建, 可以得到准直透镜的三维模型。应用光学软件TracePro进行仿真分析, 结果表明在基于直径为1 mm圆形的单个朗伯体LED面光源的条件下, 可实现接近±3度的准直照明。该透镜准直效果较好, 可应用在需要准直照明的环境中。
Abstract
A reversal type LED collimating lens design was proposed. According to the non-imaging optical theory and Snell’s law, the mathematical model of the collimating lens was deduced, the mathematical model was solved and optimized by the numerical analysis of the Euler method, and the free curve of the collimating lens was obtained through the Matlab programming. The three-dimensional software Solidworks obtains a three-dimensional model of a straight lens. The designed lens model was imported into the optical software TracePro for simulation analysis. The results show that under the condition of a single Lambertian LED surface light source with the diameter of 1 mm round, collimated illumination of approximately ±3 degrees could be achieved. The lens collimates better and could be used in different collimated lighting environments.
