摘要
介绍了绿光激光器的发展现状及应用前景,对绿光激光焊接工艺进行了研究,并与传统近红外激光焊进行对比。在不同激光峰值功率、脉冲宽度下,测试激光焊接紫铜的焊缝成型。结果表明,随着激光峰值功率、脉宽的增加,绿光激光焊接紫铜的焊缝熔深、熔宽随之增加。绿光激光焊接紫铜最大熔深0.5 mm,由于光斑较小,更适合0.2 mm紫铜搭接焊。相比传统近红外激光焊接,绿光激光焊接焊点一致性良好、表面光滑美观、无飞溅。
Abstract
The development status and application prospects of green laser are introduced. The green laser welding process is studied and compared with traditional near-infrared laser welding. Weld formation of laser welding copper are tested at different laser peak powers and pulse widths. The results show that with the increase of laser peak power and pulse width, the weld penetration and melting width of green laser welded copper increase. The green laser welded copper has a maximum penetration depth of 0.5 mm, it is more suitable for 0.2 mm copper lap welding because of the small light spot. Compared with traditional near-infrared laser welding, the green laser welding joint has good consistency, smooth and beautiful surface, and no splash.
