深度锈蚀钢板的激光除锈工艺研究

摘要
激光除锈是一种新兴的绿色除锈技术,近年来得到了广泛的关注。采用脉冲光纤激光器,对深度锈蚀钢板进行了除锈工艺研究,包括扫描速度、扫描策略、激光重复频率等。结果表明,对于深度锈蚀钢板,采用高低扫描速度组合能获得良好的除锈效果; 激光重复频率及扫描间距也对除锈效果有很大的影响,存在一最佳参数,过低由于激光能量输入大造成二次氧化,过大由于激光能量小难以将锈蚀清除干净。最后获得了优化的工艺参数为激光功率19.5 W,扫描间距0.03 mm,激光脉冲频率50 kHz; 先采用低扫描速度800 mm/s扫描4次,然后采用高扫描速度3 000 mm/s扫描2次。
Abstract
Laser rust removing is an emerging green rust moving technology that has received widespread attention in recent years. The rust removal process of deep rusting steel sheets was studied by pulsed fiber laser, including scanning speed, scanning strategy, laser repetition frequency and so on. The results show that the combination of high and low scanning speed can obtain good rust removing effect for the deep rusting steel plate. The laser repetition frequency and scanning spacing also have a great influence on the rust removing effect. There is an optimal parameter. Too low due to the large input of laser energy, causing secondary oxidation, too large, because the laser energy is small, it is difficult to remove the rust. Finally, the optimized process parameters are laser power of 19.5 W, scanning spacing of 0.03 mm, laser frequency of 50 kHz. It is scanned 4 times at a low scanning speed of 800 mm/s and then scanned twice at a high scanning speed of 3 000 mm/s.
