机载光电跟瞄半捷联稳定控制技术研究

摘要
针对机载光电跟瞄稳定问题,分析比对整体陀螺稳定和半捷联稳定的技术特点,揭示半捷联稳定原理;根据半捷联稳定下跟瞄框架的惯性空间角速度表达式,分析影响半捷联稳定的主要因素;通过设计巴特沃斯二阶低通滤波器,降低陀螺噪声;采用频率特性分析和预测误差法进行精确建模,设计超前控制环节,校正光栅量化误差和陀螺信号延迟,并进行仿真分析;利用原型样机进行试验研究,达到整体式陀螺稳定平台的稳定精度,具有较强的工程实用性。
Abstract
According to the stabilization of airborne electro-optical tracking and pointing system, the technical characteristics of the whole gyro stabilization and the semi-strapdown stabilization are analyzed and compared, and the principle of the semi-strapdown stabilization is described. According to the expression of the inertia-space angular velocity of the tracking and pointing frame under semi-strapdown stabilization, the main factors influencing the semi-strapdown stabilization are analyzed. The Butterworth second-order low-pass filter has been designed to decrease gyro noise. The mathematics model of the controlled object is built by frequency characteristic analysis and error prognosis methods. The pre-control part has been designed to correct encoder error and gyro data delay. And the simulation analysis performed. Experimental researches have been conducted by the prototype, and the results indicate that the stabilization precision of the semi-strapdown system can match that of the whole gyro stabilization system, which has stronger engineering application.
