基于发射光谱的酒精灯火焰温度测量技术研究

摘要
对火焰温度的测量是燃烧过程控制中最重要的活动之一。以分子光谱理论为基础,计算得到了OH自由基[A2∑+X2∏]电子带系在任意转动温度和振动温度下以及仪器展宽为0.07 nm条件下的谱线强度分布;采用光栅光谱仪,测量了在酒精灯燃烧火焰一定高度处的OH自由基的发射光谱。通过理论光谱和实验数据的对比分析,得到了酒精灯火焰的燃烧温度为略高于2 600 K,最后对实验误差进行了分析。
Abstract
The flame temperature measurement is one of important operations in combustion process control. Based on the theory of molecular spectroscopy, spectral line intensity distribution of OH radicals in the electronic band of [A2∑+X2∏] for several rotational and vibrational temperatures under the condition of instrument broadening of 0.07 nm is calculated. Experiments to measure spectral emissions of flames generated by alcohol lamp are carried out with a grating spectrometer. Spectral emissions of OH radicals at certain height of flames are gained. Through comparative analysis of theoretical and experimental spectroscopy, it is found that combustion temperature of alcohol lamp flame at certain height is about 2 600 K. And experimental errors and their causes are analyzed.
