偏振成像仪用联轴器的设计与性能测试

摘要
联轴器是偏振成像仪转动部件的核心零件之一,在仪器中承担传递扭矩、保障转轮高精度运转的功能。仪器本身特性要求联轴器 具有较小的变形反作用力、长寿命以及较高的传动精度。针对特性要求,首先设计了一款平行线切割式联轴器,并针对联轴器工作 特性进行了相应的仿真分析;然后设计联轴器的相关性能验证实验,包括变形力测试、长寿命测试以及传动精度测试。测试结果显示; 在仪器装调误差范围内,联轴器变形力最大为10.75 N,满足仪器轴承固体润滑膜层使用要求; 40000次启停实验后传动能力无明显下降,且传动精度为4.684×10-5,满足仪器寿命末期的 力矩传递与运行精度要求,证明联轴器满足成像仪的寿命与性能要求。
Abstract
The coupling is one of the core components of rotatable parts in directional polarization camera, which is responsible for transmitting torque and ensuring the high precision operation of the rotating wheel in the instrument. The characteristics of the instrument require that the coupling has small deformation force, long life and high transmission precision. According to these requirements, a parallel line cutting coupling is designed, and the simulation analysis is carried out. Then the performance of the coupling is designed, including deformation force test, long life test and transmission precision test. Test results show that when the camera is installed within the error range, the deforming force is no more than 10.75 N, which meets the needs of bearing in the camera. After the test of start-running-stop for 40000 times, the driving ability of coupling has no obvious drop, the transmission precision is 4.684×10-5, which meets the requirement of the camera at the end of lifetime, and proves that the coupling meets the life and performance requirements of the camera.
