摘要
基于电磁屏蔽理论及相关影响因素, 针对某型旋转式微型斯特林制冷机在正常工作状态中产生的电磁干扰影响成像效果的问题, 提出了缝隙改进和屏蔽体良好接地的解决办法, 并通过试验验证可行性。然后结合实际情况, 将该解决办法推广至其他型号制冷机, 系统提出缝隙、过孔、线缆和连接器的相关改进措施, 并进行电磁兼容测试, 最后在工程实践中推广应用。
Abstract
Based on electromagnetic shielding theory and related influencing factors, a solution to improve the gap and grounding of the shield for the electromagnetic imaging effect of a rotating micro-Sturm cooler under normal working conditions was proposed. Feasibility of this method was verified through experiments. Then, solutions were derived for other types of rotating refrigerators. Several improvement measures for gaps, vias, cables, and connectors, and methods for electromagnetic compatibility testing were proposed, and applied in engineering practice.
