Eu3+离子掺杂的Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2红色荧光粉的制备及其荧光性能

摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了系列Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2: Eu3+红色荧光粉。通过X射线粉末衍射、荧光光谱等对合成的荧光粉样品进行表征, 并系统地研究了烧结温度、Eu3+掺杂浓度对样品发光强度的影响。结果表明: 该荧光粉能被近紫外光(393 nm)有效激发; 当烧结温度为800 ℃、Eu3+的掺杂量为5.0%(摩尔分数)时, 样品发射出的荧光强度最强。Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2: Eu3+样品的色坐标(0.684, 0.316)与红色标准值(x=0.670, y=0.330)非常接近。Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2: Eu3+是一种很好的新红色荧光粉。
Abstract
A series of Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2: Eu3+red phosphors were prepared by sol-gel method.The as-prepared samples Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2: Eu3+were tested by the X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and photoluminescence spectrometer.The effects of sintering temperature and content of Eu3+ on the emission intensity of the sample were investigated.The results show that the phosphors can be efficiently excited in a near-ultraviolet(NUV) light of 393 nm.The most intensive emission intensity of the Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2: Eu3+ phosphors, which is prepared at the sintering temperature of 800 ℃ and the Eu3+ doping concentration of 5.0 mol%, can be obtained.The chromaticity coordinates of the Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2: Eu3+ phosphors are(0.684, 0.316), which is near the standard value of red phosphor(x =0.670, y =0.330).Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2: Eu3+ is a promising red phosphor for white-LED.
