Abstract Submission Guidelines
  By submitting an abstract, I agree to the following conditions:
If accepted, an author or coauthor will register and attend the meeting, and make 
the presentation as scheduled.
All clearances, including government and company clearance, have been obtained to present and publish.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in printed or on a CD-ROM, or published
    on web programs promoting the symposium. Please submit 300-word text abstracts with 3-8 keywords that are suitable for publication.
  • The notification of acceptance and presentation details by e-mail will be no later 
    than January 27, 2016 .
   Note : The acceptance of the abstract only means the full paper will be accepted 
by the symposium, but not the acceptance by the related journals. For full paper publish, the author should follow the requirements of full paper submission as follows. After the
symposium, the results will be informed after the peer review of the full paper.

Manuscript  Submission Guidelines
  •  Format your manuscript with  HPL template,only word or pdf files are demanded.
  •  After the symposium, qualified full-text will be recommended to High Power Laser
           Sciecne and Engineering (HPL).
  •  The notification of recommendation details by e-mail will be no later than 
    March 21,2016.
  •  The peer review will be finished in one month and the results will be informed before
    April 26,2016.
  • The publishing plan of the full paper is as follows:

Note :
