中国激光杂志社隶属于中科院上海光机所，是一个拥有五刊一网，以出版发行光电类学术期刊和行业期刊为特色，以集群化和多元化媒体产品为发展方向的出版单位。自1964年起，中国激光杂志社已经连续出版光学期刊47年，为我国光学科研与产业提供优质的信息与情报服务。
        中国激光杂志社出版发行的《中国激光》、《光学学报》、《激光与光电子学进展》和Chinese Optics Letters（COL）四本期刊，均是我国著名的光学期刊，其中COL已被SCI收录，JCR影响因子为0.804，《中国激光》、《光学学报》均为EI核心刊源，CJCR影响因子在无线电·电信技术类和物理类分别排名第一。《激光与光电子学进展》为中文核心期刊（北京大学2008年版）与中国科技核心期刊，它是我国首本光学期刊，1964年，钱学森将“激光”名称确定刊发在此刊。该杂志融传统印刷与网络出版于一体，以快速出版激光与光电子领域的最新研究论文与深度综述为特色。凭借杂志社的强大采编力量和深厚的学术底蕴，中国激光杂志社还编辑出版了直邮杂志（DM）《光电产品与资讯》，采取多种渠道，免费发送到读者手中，为广大企业和科研用户提供最新鲜的行业与产品资讯。
        中国激光杂志社自主建设的中国光学期刊网已成为我国光学业界的门户网站，集成了国内41种优秀光学期刊资源，整合光学文献近15万篇，是光学产业界权威的信息发布与交流平台。2009年，中国光学期刊网出版平台被中国科学院和中国科协确定为重点支持项目。
中国激光杂志社还开展了一系列品牌拓展业务，其中包括专业学术会议、展览、专业技术培训、电子商务等，“光学前沿”系列学术会议、“大珩杯”优秀论文评选、中国光学重要成果发布会、“光学设计高级讲习班”、“光学检测高级讲习班”已经成为光学领域品牌项目。
         中国激光杂志社下设编辑部、发展部、中国光学期刊网、综合办四个部门，共有员工30余人，其中，40岁以下的青年员工和本科以上学历的员工均占全体员工的80%以上，是一支朝气蓬勃，勇于进取的团队，以打造权威学术期刊，构建一流学术平台，促进产业持续发展为己任，探索建立以光电行业为优势特色的媒体集团。
 With publishing five journals and running a website as the dominated business, Chinese Laser Press (CLP) is an affiliated company of Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (SIOM), Chinese Academy of Sciences. The feature of CLP is publishing optoelectronic academic and industrial journals, and the development direction is to provide collective and multifunctional multimedia products. Since 1964，CLP has consecutively published optical journals for 47 years, and has offered high quality information service to optical scientific researching and industrial organizations.
CLP publishes four academic journals, Chinese Journal of Lasers, Acta Optica Sinica, Lasers & Optoelectronics Progress, Chinese Optics Letters (COL). They are well-known optical journals in China, with COL included in SCI (JCR impact factor of 0.804), Chinese Journal of Lasers and Acta Optica Sinica included in EI (NO.1 in Radio telecommunication technologies class and Physics class of CJCR). As a Chinese core journal (Beijing university 2008 edition) and China science core journal, Lasers & Optoelectronics Progress is published by traditional printing and network publication. Its feature is reporting the latest research papers and review in depth in laser and optoelectronics. CLP also publishes a direct mail magazine (DM) "OE Product & News", which has various distribution channels, and offers the most fresh industry and product information for enterprises and research users.
The website, China Optics Journal Website, is influential in China optics field, which includes articles database of more than 41 excellent domestic optical journals, nearly 150,000 pieces of optical literatures and also releases authoritative information in optics industry. It is regarded as the key project by Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Association for Science and Technology.
CLP has launched a series of brand development business, including professional academic conference, exhibition, professional technical training and e-commerce, etc. Optics Frontier academic conferences, “Daheng Cup” excellent article award, Outstanding achievement release conference, advanced training class for Optical design and Optical detection have become projects with great brand effects in the China optics field.
Chinese laser press has four departments, including journal department, development department, network department, and general office, with about 30 employees. 80% employees are under 40 years with  bachelor and higher degree.  CLP is a vigorous, aggressive team, aiming to build authoritative  academic journals, construct a first-class academic platform, promote industry sustainable development, and explore to establish the media group based on the optoelectronic industry as characteristic advantage.

杂志社现因期刊出版及业务需要，诚聘期刊编辑若干名。
 
工作内容：
1、对登记入库的稿件进行初审；
2、按照编辑部相关流程开展文章的送审及编校工作；
3、根据约稿计划，向相关专家约稿；
4、参与杂志社会议、培训等相关发展活动。
应聘要求：

1、光电专业硕士及以上学历，985或211高校或光电专业研究所毕业生优先录用；
2、英语六级及以上，具有一定的口语水平；
3、熟悉相关编辑规范，了解国内外光电机构；
4、至少发表过一篇学术文章；
5、有较强的学术敏感性和沟通、交流能力。
