提出一种基于X射线吸收光谱(XAS)的全能谱拟合方法,先通过样品元素的衰减系数曲线和射线源的本底能谱曲线获得样品的理论吸收能谱,再将理论吸收能谱与实际穿过样品的吸收能谱进行拟合,由退火算法计算得到薄膜样品的元素面密度值。该方案有效降低了噪声与探测器响应函数引入的误差。实验结果表明,系统在单元素下的测量结果重复测量标准偏差较小,测量不确定度在10-4 g/cm2量级,且能进行多元素薄膜面密度的测量,满足惯性约束聚变实验中对金属薄膜无损与高稳定的测量需求。

Four-channel off-axis holography is proposed to simultaneously understand the polarization states and the mode coefficients of linearly polarized (LP) modes in few-mode fiber. Far-field off-axis holograms in the four polarization directions of the fiber laser were acquired at the same moment through a four-channel holographic device. The weights, the relative phase differences, and the polarization parameters of the vector fiber laser mode can be solved simultaneously. The simulated and experimental mode analysis of the laser output by 1060-XP fiber with 6 LP modes at 632.8 nm is conducted, which shows that the similarity of the total intensity distribution of the laser before and after mode analysis is above 0.97. The mode polarization states, the mode weights, and the relative phase differences of the few-mode laser can be determined simultaneously in a single shot by four-channel off-axis holography.

本文通过电子束蒸发技术制备了金属锡掺杂浓度不同的一系列ITO薄膜。采用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、紫外-可见光-近红外分光光度计、四探针测电阻仪和Z扫描系统分别对ITO薄膜的物相结构、微观形貌、光学吸收、方块电阻和非线性光学性能进行测试和表征。结果表明, 随着金属锡掺杂浓度由10%增加到30%: ITO薄膜的结晶质量增加; 薄膜表面粗糙度增加, 晶粒尺寸逐渐增大; 等离子体吸收增强, 且吸收峰的位置发生红移, 光学带隙变窄; 薄膜的方块电阻不断减小; 非线性吸收系数逐渐增加, 绝对值最大可以增至2.59×10-7 cm/W。时域有限差分拟合结果表明金属锡掺杂浓度不同的ITO薄膜电场强度变化规律与实验结果相一致。

A water track laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV) is developed with advantages of high update rate, high real-time performance, high concealment, light weight, and small dimensions. The water track LDV measures the advance velocity of the underwater vehicle with respect to the surrounding water. The experimental results show that the water track LDV has an accuracy of 96.4% when the moving velocity of the vehicle with respect to the ground exceeds 0.25 m/s. Thus, the water track LDV is promising in the application of underwater navigation to aid the strapdown inertial navigation system.

In this study, a batch of indium tin oxide (ITO)/Sn composites with different ratios was obtained based on the principle of thermal evaporation by an electron beam. The crystalline structure, surface shape, and optical characterization of the films were researched using an X-ray diffractometer, an atomic force microscope, a UV-Vis-NIR dual-beam spectrophotometer, and an open-hole Z-scan system. By varying the relative thickness ratio of the ITO/Sn bilayer film, tunable nonlinear optical properties were achieved. The nonlinear saturation absorption coefficient maximum of the ITO/Sn composites is , approximately 21 and 1.72 times more enhanced compared to monolayer ITO and Sn, respectively. Moreover, the improvement of the sample nonlinear performance was verified using finite-difference in temporal domain simulations.

激光多普勒测速技术以其高精度和高可靠性得到广泛应用,其为运动载体的导航定位提供了一种全新的独立测速手段,在提高定位精度方面发挥了重要作用。随着应用场景的拓展,现有的激光多普勒测速技术亟待进一步的发展和优化。文中从激光多普勒测速仪(Laser Doppler Velocimeter, LDV)的测速原理、种类分类和导航应用研究现状三个方面入手,对用于运动载体导航定位的LDV技术进行综述。可以看到,利用LDV进行组合导航的航迹推算精度已经优于0.01%,达到了高精度导航定位的要求,其中单光束LDV比双光束LDV更适合车载应用,能敏感更多维度速度分量的LDV对导航精度提高的效果更明显。同时,对LDV后续的发展方向进行了展望,LDV与更低成本的SINS进行组合导航是下一步值得研究的方向。可以预见,LDV有望在未来成为覆盖高低速测量、海陆空全领域的高精度独立测速装置,在解决实际科学和工程问题中发挥更大、更重要的作用。

激光光束质量因子的动态测量对激光器的设计、制造与应用均具有重要意义。本文提出了一种基于远场同轴全息的光纤激光器光束质量因子动态测量方法。通过偏振移相同轴全息技术直接获取待测激光的远场复振幅信息,利用角谱传输及透镜变换理论求解激光在自由空间中的光场强度分布,从而实现因子的动态测量。实验搭建了远场同轴全息装置,测量了不同纤芯直径光纤在632.8 nm 波长下的激光光束质量,其结果与BEAM SQUARED商用光束质量仪的测量结果一致。本文所提方法仅需0.02 s即可实现光纤激光的因子测量,比商用光束质量仪的测量速度提高了两个数量级以上。此外,本装置结构紧凑,能够避免透镜引入的装调及加工误差。
