改性KTP晶体主折射率及主折射率温度系数的测量
Measurement of Principal Refractive Indices and Thermal Refractive Indix Coefficients of Improved KTP Crystal
摘要
报道了用自准直法在0.5398μm、0.6328μm、1.0795μm和1.3414μm激光波长上测量了摩尔比为0.075的Nb:KTiOPO4晶体的主折射率及其温度系数,得到了该晶体的塞耳迈耶尔(Sellmeier)方程,用此结果计算了该晶体对1.0795μmNd:YAlO3激光倍频的ⅠⅠ类最佳相位匹配角,计算结果与实验结果相当符合。
Abstract
The principal refractive indices and the thermal refractive index coefficients of 0.075 mol fraction Nb:KTiOPO4 crystal have been measured by the autocollimation method at wavelengths of 0.5398, 0.6328, 1.0795 and 1.3414 μm. The sellmeier′s equations were obtained and used to calculate the type II optimum phase matching angle, the calculated results agree well with the experimental results.
