摘要
Abstract
The temperature gain dependence of an Er3+-doped fiber amplifier, which is pumped by a Ti:Al2O3 tunable laser at 800nm band, is investigated. At liquid-nitrogen temperature of 77 K, gains higher than those of 300 K are obtained, but the optimum pumping wavelength has a blue shift.
