基于UCGUI的触摸屏显示设计

摘要
触摸屏的操作简单,可是界面设计却是一个难题。为了简化界面设计,本文研发一款智能液晶触摸屏。从硬件和软件两部分入手,硬件部分主要分为液晶屏控制器的设计、触摸屏控制器的选取、下位机主控制器的设计3部分。软件部分包括移植UCCGUI到主控制器、用户图形数据库的建立以及触摸屏、图形界面监控程序的设计。液晶屏选用RA8875作为主控芯片,下位机选用STM32103VET6作为主控芯片,使用RS232通讯技术实现上位机与下位机的通讯。本设计从原理图的绘制、PCB板子的制作、电器元件的焊接、程序的运行每一步都经过实际的运行监测,达到了简单易操作的效果。
Abstract
Touch screen operation is simple, but the interface design is a difficult problem. In order to simplify the interface design, this paper developed a smart LCD touch screen. From two parts of hardware and software, the hardware part mainly divides into the selection of the design of LCD controller, touch screen controller, a main controller design. Software part includes UCCGUI transplantation to the establishment of the main controller, the user graph database and the touch screen and graphical interface design of monitoring program. As main control chip, LCD screen choose RA8875 of a pause with STM32103VET6 as main control chip, using RS232 communication technology to rea-lize the upper machine and lower machine communication.The schematic drawing,the PCB board production,electrical components of the welding and the program operation of this design have been monitored and debugged step by actually,and it has realized the intelligent effect of simple easy to operate.
