Subwavelength Structure Materials and Its Application in Nanooptical Devices

介绍了利用纳米缝隙结构激发表面等离体子,进行光学相位调制从而形成亚波长结构构成的奇异材料,分析并总结了亚波长结构材料的特性,在此基础上,回顾了该类材料在纳光子器件中的应用。
Abstract
Metamaterials based on optical phase modulation by using surface plasmons stimulated by nano-slit configuration in subwavelength artifical structures are introduced. On that basis,several applications by using metamaterials in nano optical devices are reviewed in detail.
