摘要
阐述了激光诱导击穿技术的基本原理,研究了激光诱导击穿光谱技术在探测等离子体温度方面的应用,并进行了实验研究。在等离子体达到局部热平衡时,通过探测Cu的等离子体特征谱线相对强度的方法,达到用激光诱导击穿光谱技术探测等离子体温度的目的。实验结果表明,该方法方便、快捷,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Abstract
In this paper, the technology of laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIES) is discussed in the application area of plasma's temperature detection. The principle of LIBS is interpreted, and the experiment using LIBS to detect the plasma's temperature is implemented also. When the plasma reaches local thermal balance, the purpose of plasma's temperature detection by LIBS can be achieved using the method of the relative intensity detection of the plasma's characteristic spectrum. The experiment result shows that it is a very convenient and quick method to use LIBS in the temperature detection of plasma, and it is also very useful in practice.
