摘要
文章介绍了光纤传感器的应用和S状光纤声发射(Acoustic Emission,AE)传感器的结构,给出了此类光纤AE传感器与超声波之间的相互作用,以及基于光纤Michelson干涉仪的此类光纤AE传感器灵敏度的理论分析,最后得到的灵敏度理论分析结论与MATLAB模拟结果相一致。
Abstract
This paper first introduces the applications of fiber sensors and the structure of S-shaped fiber Acoustic Emission (AE) sensors. Then, it presents the interactions between the fiber AE sensor and ultrasonic waves and the theoretical analysis of the sensitivity of this type of sensors that are based on fiber Michelson interferometer. The result of the analysis is identical with that by Matlab simulation.
