一维CdTe纳米线与牛血清白蛋白的相互作用研究
Study on the Interaction between CdTe Nanowire and Bovine Serum Album
摘要
采用光谱法研究了CdTe纳米线与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用。通过Stern-volmer方程对数据进行了分析。结果表明:CdTe纳米线比CdTe量子点对牛血清白蛋白的荧光具有更强烈的猝灭作用;其对牛血清白蛋白的荧光猝灭为静态猝灭过程;热力学数据及拉曼光谱等研究证明了CdTe纳米线与牛血清白蛋白之间主要存在配位作用力和静电作用力。
Abstract
The interaction between CdTe nanowire(NW)and BSA have been studied by spectroscopic techniques.The results showed that the fluorescence of BSA was strongly quenched by CdTe NW,which was proved to be a static quenching procedure according to the stern-volmer equation.The possible mechanism of the interaction was proposed according to the results of thermodynamic parameters,Raman spectroscopy,etc.It was found that electrostatic interaction and sulfhydryl group played a key role in the binding process.
