摘要
针对变形反射镜校正非垂直入射畸变波前时, 补偿面型求解的复杂性, 借助波前补偿原理, 提出利用变形反射镜对系统 Zernike波像差的响应矩阵求解变形镜补偿面型的方法。结合 Zernike模式法复原波前, 利用 CODEV仿真分析变形镜补偿畸变波前过程。以某红外自适应光学系统为例, 仿真验证补偿效果。此方法能够简化变形反射镜控制算法, 加深对自适应光学原理的认识。
Abstract
To solve the complexity of the compensation surface type of the deformable mirror, when the incidence angle of a distorted wavefront is non-normal, the method which uses the Zernike wavefront aberration of the system response matrix is proposed, by means of the wavefront compensation principle. The process of the deformable mirror compensates wavefront distortion is simulated with Zernike mode and wavefront reconstruction is completed by CODEV. With an infrared adaptive optics system as an example, simulation is done to confirm the compensation result. This approach can simplify the deformation mirror control algorithms, deep understanding of the principle of the adaptive optics.
