摘要
目的: 研究载脂蛋白A5基因编码区56C>G这一多态性位点与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, ACI)及与血脂的关系。方法: 选择170例ACI患者和171例健康人, 应用聚合酶链反应—限制片长多态性的原理, 逐个鉴定每个个体的基因型。结果: 56C>G这一位点多态性在研究人群未被发现。结论: 56C>G位点在研究人群中可能不是一个多态性位点, 可能与ACI及血脂无关联。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of apolipoprotein A5 gene 56C>G and the atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and the level of serum lipids. Methods: 341 subjects were collected to determine the genotypes by using polymerase reaction restriction fragments length polymorphisms Result: There is not a carrier with minor allele of 56C>G found in the group(n=341). Conclusion: The relationship between the site of apolipoprotein A5 gene 56C>G and the atherosclerotic cerebral infarction and the level of serum lipids can not be established in our studied persons.
