Research progress of sub-wavelength guided-mode resonant filter
摘要
基于导模共振效应的亚波长滤波器具有高峰值效率、宽窄带以及低旁带等特点,是一种性能优良的滤波器结构。简要介绍了导模共振滤波器的基本理论、分析方法和一维双层亚波长光栅结构,从可调谐、多通道以及彩色滤光三个应用方面总结了导模共振器件的研究进展,并分析了关键技术和技术难点。阐述了该器件的重要研究意义和应用价值。
Abstract
Guided-mode resonant filter is a type of remarkable filtering device,which possesses the advantages of high efficiency,narrow bandwidth and low sideband.The basic theory and 1D double-layer sub-wavelength grating structure are presented in this paper,and the research progresses of tunable optical effect,multiple channels and color filter are also introduced.Furthermore,we discuss the main technology and difficulty,and summarize the significance and wide prospect for application.
