磁约束放电CO激光模型的研究

摘要
建立了磁约束放电CO激光的模型。在该模型下分析、计算了CO气体放电系统电子的能量分布函数;CO分子的电子碰撞激发速率,CO分子各振动态的布居数分布和对应的小信号激光增益系数。研究表明,由于磁场的加入,在对应CO分子振动态电子碰撞激发截面的能量范围内电子数有较大的增加。CO分子的电子碰撞激发速率提高。CO分子各振动能级均获得更大的布居数和激光小信号增益。
Abstract
A model of magnetically confined discharge carbon monoxide laser is presented in this paper.Electron energy distribution function and the influence of the magnetic field on electron impact excitation rates are discussed.The vibrational-state populations of CO molecules and small-signal gain with magnetic field are calculated.The electron density in the energy region corresponding to the maximum electron impact exitation cross sections of CO molecules increases greatly due to magnetic field being added.The electron impact excitation rates,the vibrational-state populations and the laser small-signal gain increase.
