紫外激光诱导PVK-CHI3体系的交联聚合反应
UV-laser induced cross-linking polymerization of PVK-CHI3system
摘要
用脉冲Nd:YAG激光器的三倍频激光研究了含碘仿聚N-乙烯咔唑体系在室温和大气环境内的电荷转移交联聚合反应,测量了体系在曝光过程中吸收光谱的变化,观察到激光着色效应,研究了体系组成与交联聚合反应阈值能量的关系,得到分辨率小于0.7 μm的蓝色光栅图形。
Abstract
UV-laser induced erogs-linking polymerization of PVK-NTC-CHI3 charsetra-nsfer complexes is first investigated at room temperature in the atmosphere. The UV-Vis spectra of components are observed. The threshold energy density and the resolution, that is 30.0 mJ cm-2 and 0.7 μm, for the orosslinking polymerization are determined respectively, and the best grating pattern is obtained by using 355 nm laser radiation.
