摘要
报道了用非相干光时间延迟四波混频方法在室温下测得Cu2O超微粒子的扩散系数和载流子复合时间分别为0.011 cm2/s和1.2 ns。通过改变探测光与前向泵浦光之间的夹角实验和变温实验证实了这种方法的正确性。并讨论了扩散机理。
Abstract
The carrier recombination time and the diffusion coefficient of Cu2O ultrafine particles have been obtained at room temperature by take-delayed four-wave miaing with inCoherent light, being TR=1.2 ns and D=0.011 cm2/s. The method is verified by angle change experiment between the forward pump beam and the probe beam and the temperature varyins experiment. The diffusion Process is discussed.
