一种用于渐进多焦点镜片的检测装置

摘要
渐进多焦点镜片可为佩戴者提供自远点到近点全程、连续的清晰视觉。检测仪器由光源、聚焦镜、CCD、镜片夹具和转动装置等构成,用于检测渐变镜片视远区、视近区、渐变区的度数变化。提出了仪器装置的总体设计方案,通过CCD采集图像,经过后续处理可以得到镜片的屈光度分布图。结果表明,该仪器操作方便可行。
Abstract
Progressive addition lenses can provide from far to near full,continuous and clear vision for the wearer. Detecting instrument consists of a light source,a focusing mirror,CCD,the lens clamp and rotating device. The equipment is used for the degree of change detection progressive addition lenses far zone,near zone,transition zone. A design scheme of instrument is put forward,image acquisition by CCD,after subsequent treatment can get lens power distribution map. The results show that the instrument is convenient and feasible operation.
