激光诱导烷烃的等离子体化学反应
Chemical reactions in plasma initiated by laser in hydrocarbon compounds
摘要
报道了用TEA CO2激光诱导甲烷、乙烷等离子体化学反应生成乙炔、乙烯的实验装置和结果.甲烷转化乙炔的转变率为93%;乙烷转变为乙炔和乙烯的转变率分别为81.5%和19.3%.在甲烷、乙烷混合烃体系中,乙烷转变为乙烯的转变率为37%,并对焦点区等离子体中的化学反应过程作了初步讨论.
Abstract
We report here the experimental set-up and results of the chemical reaction in plasma initiated by TEA CO2 laser in methane and ethane which have been changed to actylene and ethylene. In methane, the degree of conversion to actylene is 93%. In ethane, the degree of conversion to actylene and to ethylene is 81.5% and 19.3% respectively.
