渐进多焦点镜片光学系统MTF评价的仿真分析

摘要
针对渐进多焦点镜片的评价问题, 提出了利用像质评价参数MTF对渐进多焦点镜片进行客观评价, 通过对镜-眼联合光学系统的MTF理论仿真分析来评价渐进多焦点镜片的成像质量。考虑了人眼在实际视物时须有一定的转动角度与实际佩戴镜片的2个特征: 镜面角与倾斜角, 将装配镜片时的倾斜角与镜面角设定为0~10°; 将人眼视物时的转动角度, 在戴镜的情况下设定为±20°, 表现为视远区、过渡区与视近区; 将人眼视物时的清晰成像的较大视场设定为±5°。利用光学设计软件对6只渐近多焦点镜片中的6个典型区域进行分析, 结果表明: 像散主要由子午光束与弧矢光束没有汇聚在一个点上造成的, 而渐进多焦点镜片的焦点呈渐进变化, 其表面为非旋转对称的复杂表面, 镜片的像散不同, 其改变佩戴角度后会对成像质量造成一定影响。佩戴角度中的倾斜角对镜片MTF值的影响比镜面角对镜片MTF值的影响大。实际佩戴角度在不同视场下会对渐进多焦点镜片的成像质量造成一定的影响, 利用像质评价参数MTF来评价渐进多焦点镜片时应将其考虑在内。
Abstract
Aiming at the evaluation method of progressive addition lenses, the objective evaluation of progressive addition lenses is proposed by using of image quality evaluation parameters for MTF, and the imaging quality of progressive addition lenses is evaluated by MTF simulation analysis of lens-eye combined optical system. This paper takes into account the human eyes in the actual viewing, eyeball rolling and certain distinct viewing field, and the two aspects of actual wear lenses: the pantoscopic tilt and the face fitting angle, and there are set to 0~10°, And the rotation angle of eyeball is set to be ±20° as wearing spectacles, and the field of view is set to be ±5° when the visual imaging of the human eyes. 6 typical regions of 6 progressive addition lenses are selected for the analysis by using optical design software in this paper. It is shown that the astigmatism was mainly caused by the fact that the meridian beam and the sagittal beam don’t converge at a single point, while the focus of progressive addition lenses changed gradually, and its surface was a complex surface with non-rotation symmetry. And different astigmatism of the lens will affect the image quality when the angle of wearing is changed. The effect of the pantoscopic tilt on the MTF value of the lens is larger than the face fitting angle.The actual wear angles would affect the imaging quality of the progressive addition lenses in different viewing field, the use of image quality evaluation parameters for MTF to evaluate the progressive addition lenses should be taken into account.
