一种基于E面分支线电桥3 dB耦合器的太赫兹四路功分器

摘要
利用奇偶模理论对E面分支线电桥耦合器进行了理论分析, 设计了一款中心频率为360 GHz的E面四分支线电桥3 dB耦合器, 该耦合器回波损耗与隔离度均小于-30 dB。利用波导弯头对两级耦合器级联, 设计了一款中心频率为360 GHz太赫兹四路功分器, 实现了四个端口均等的功率输出, 输出幅度不平坦度小于0.2 dB, 回波损耗小于-25 dB。该功分器实现了良好的均等功率分配效果, 具有一定的扩展性, 可以满足太赫兹通信与成像领域应用的要求。
Abstract
The E-plane multiple branches coupler was theoretically analyzed by using odd even mode theory. A four branches hybrid coupler working in 360 GHz was designed according to the calculation results. The return loss and isolation of the coupler were better than 30 dB. A terahertz four-way divider achieving four equal power output was proposed based on the designed coupler. The imbalance of the outputs is less than 0.2 dB. While the return loss is better than 25 dB. The proposed power divider achieved good power splitting with certain expansibility which can play an important role in the terahertz communication and imaging.
