LiB3O5参量调谐蓝紫光单脉冲皮秒激光器

摘要
利用Nd~(3+):YAG主被动锁模加晶体管雪崩吸收单选,再放大、倍频、混频,产生30 ps,355 nm激光单脉冲,用它泵浦Ⅱ类非临界相应匹配的LiB3O5光参量发生器,在精密温度控制下,获得415.9~482.6 nm的蓝紫光可调谐输出,线宽0.15 nm,最高参量转换效率37.6%,可输出能量为6.33 mJ,峰值功率为211 MW的皮秒激光单脉冲.
Abstract
By using an active-passive mode looked Nd3+:YAG laser and avalanche transistor absorption single pulse slicer, amplifier, frequency doubler, and a frequency mixer, 30 ps single laser pulse at 355 nm was obtained. It was used as the pump source of a type I noncritically phase-matched LiB3O5 optical parametric generator. Under the precise control of crystal temperature, 415.9~482.6 nm tunable blue-viole laser with 0.15 nm linewidth has been achieved. The highest parametric energy conversion efficiency has been up to 37.6%, which leads to the picosecond laser output with energy of 6.33 mJ and peak-power of 211 MW.
