Longitudinal excitation of XeCl excimer lasers
摘要
采用纵向气体放电激励,获得了XeCl激光作用。脉宽35毫微秒,最大能量317微焦耳,效率0.29%。
Abstract
A XeCl excimer laser excited by longitudinal gas discharge is reported. The laser output was increased by means of preionization to improve the discharge uniformity. The main performances of the laser output were measured. The laser pulse duration was 35 ns and the maximum laser energy being 317μJ with an efficiency of 0.29%.
