光纤光栅应变传感测量中的温度补偿问题

摘要
从光纤Bragg光栅应变、温度交叉敏感的物理机制出发,在温度过程补偿和结果补偿的概念基础上分类综述了国内外关于交叉敏感问题的解决方案,介绍了各类方案的工作原理,同时提出了一种双金属补偿结构。
Abstract
The physical mechanics of the cross sensitivity is described in this paper, and the process compensation of temperature and the result compensation of temperature are proposed, two classes of solution at home and abroad are presented. The operating principles of each class of the solutions are described briefly, and a configuration of temperature compensation by two metals is proposed.
