激光能量补偿系统设计
Design of a Laser Energy Compensation System
摘要
灯泵激光器在环境温度不同的情况下输出能量不同,在同一温度下,激光器工作的前几秒输出的能量变化较大。为保证激光器输出能量稳定,提出了一种灯泵激光器能量补偿系统的设计方法。该系统能够保证激光器在设定温度范围内以及整个工作周期内能量稳定,并且能够屏蔽激光电源预燃信号的干扰。采用该系统对某激光器的试验中,在-40~+60 ℃环境下,能量变化控制在±9%以内,大大提高了激光器能量的稳定性。
Abstract
The energy of lamp-pumped laser varies with the environmental temperature,and at the same temperature,the energy changes greatly in the first few seconds.To obtain a stabilized energy output,a method for energy compensation of lamp-pumped laser was proposed.The designed system could successfully improve the stability of energy within given temperature range and at the whole operation cycle,and could screen the interference of simmer signal.The system was used in an experiment for a certain type laser,and the result showed that the change of energy was controlled within ±9% at -40~+60 ℃,and greatly improve the stability of the laser energy.
