Dual-layer Reflection Film Transmitting Energy Hollow Fiber
摘要
利用化学气相沉积法,在毛细石英管内沉积GeO2/Al双层反射膜结构,增加内表面膜的反射率,降低传输损耗,该光纤可传输功率大于80W的连续CO2激光.
Abstract
The dual layer dielectric reflection film of GeO 2/Al is deposited on inner wall of the quartz capillary by CVD. The inner surface reflectivity is increased, and transmission losses are decreased. The transmitting energy hollow fiber can transmit more than 80 W power of CW carbon dioxide laser.
