四种不同穗型小麦的穗部性状分析

Analysis of Spike Traits in Four Different Spike Types of Wheat

摘要
为了通过研究不同长相穗型小麦穗部特性,以达到提高产量和挖掘穗部潜力的目的。本文对长方型、棍棒型、椭圆型和纺锤型四种不同长相穗型小麦品种的穗部性状特性进行了分析。结果表明不同穗型小麦在小花数、穗粒数、粒重等方面均表现出先升后降的二次曲线趋势,但不同穗型小麦表现趋势不同,长方型和椭圆型小麦在穗粒数、穗重、各粒位粒重等方面均优于棍棒型和纺锤型小麦,棍棒型小麦由于其特殊的穗型结构,在小穗密度、粒重等方面表现独特,纺锤型小麦在各方面表现均较差。结果表明,在小麦生产用种和品种选育上,穗型的选择至关重要。长方型小麦有提高小麦产量的潜力。
Abstract
In order to study on spike traits in different spike shapes of wheat to provide a basis for improvement of yield and to exploit the potential of spike. In this study, four different spike shapes including rectangular, sticks, elliptic and spindle in wheat cultivars were analyzed. The results showed that due to difference among the distribution of spikeletsin spike axis, differentiation of different spike-types of wheat showed the tendency of first increasing and then decreasing conic section on floret number, kernel number per spike,and grain weight but different spike-types of wheat performed distinct trends. Wheat with rectangular and elliptic spike shapes were better than those with rod and spindle spike shapes on the grain number per spike, spike grain weight, grain weight and grain uniformity.Due to its special structure, wheat with rod spike shape were unique on spikelet, density and grain weight. While, wheat with spindle spike shape was bad on all of the traits. The study indicates that spike shape selection is crucial in selecting cultivars for production and breeding for new cultivars. Wheat with rectangular spike shapes have the potentiality to improve the yield of wheat.
