Optical damage resistance of planar waveguides in magnesium-doped lithium niobate
摘要
报道了在质子注入波导中几乎观察不到光损伤。掺镁铌酸锂中质子交换波导的抗光损伤能力是不掺镁的二倍,是钛内扩散波导的8倍。
Abstract
It is reported that the optical damage was almost not observed in the proton implanted guides, and the damage resistance of proton exchanged guides in magnesium-doped lithium niobate is twice as large as that of undoped ones, and is at least 8 times that of the titanium-indiffused guides.
