XeCl放电激光器的简化动力学模型
A simple kinetic model for XeCl discharge laser
摘要
本文在自由电子玻尔兹曼编码及动力学计算基础上,选取了对XeCl激光动力学起主导作用的反应物及动力学过程,建立了一个简化的动力学模型.采用这个模型计算了不同气体混合比、不同电流密度下荧光及激光强度与气压的关系,这些结果能与X光预电离雪崩自持放电的XeCl激光器的实验结果很好地符合.
Abstract
According to the Boltzmann code for the free electrons and calculation of kinetic processes, the major chemical species and kinetic processes in XeCl discharge laser were chosen for a simple kinetic model. The relationship between the fluorescence intensity and total gas pressure was calculated at different gas mixture and discharge current densities by using this simple model. These results are in good agreement with the experimental results of the X-ray preionized avalanche self sustained discharge pumped XeCI laser. This model can also explain the laser output characteristics for different gas mixtures and total gas pressures.
