The Energy State of Mn4+in Potassium Sodium Strontium Barium Niobate (KNSBN)
摘要
测得了光折变材料锰掺杂的钾钠铌酸锶钡晶体(KNSBN:Mn)的透过率,给出了晶体的能态结构。按配位场理论讨论了Mn4+的作用机制,从微观结构上解释了KNSBN:Mn的光学二极管效应。
Abstract
The transmissivities of photorefractive material KNSBN:Mn crystal have been measured, and its energy state structure is described. Based on the ligand field theory, mechanism and effect of the Mn ion on the photorefractive material KNSBN:Mn are discussed and the optical diode effect is explained from the point of view of microstructure.
