随机粗糙面上邻近两点的高度与坡度是相关的.由这种相关性对散射的贡献是明显的.在计算粗糙表面散射强度时,应包括这一相关性引起的贡献.本文提供了一种解法和修正后的一维散射强度的解析公式,以及数值计算的实例.
Abstract
Scattering from correlated points of a randomly rough surface is studied. The variables of the roughness: heights and slopes of neighboring points on a randomly rough surface are correlated. The contribution from this correlation is appreciable, and should be taken into account for computation of the scattered intensity from a rough surface. A general approach and analytic formula are provided.
