太赫兹主动焦平面成像系统的MRC匹配滤波器模型

摘要
结合太赫兹辐射源及焦平面探测器特性, 同时考虑目标-背景特性、大气衰减及器件衰减等影响, 研究建立了太赫兹主动成像系统的最小可分辨对比度匹配滤波器模型.并结合文献示例以及实际太赫兹焦平面主动成像系统的测试结果, 验证了最小可分辨对比度模型.结果表明, 实验测量值和计算值基本一致, 误差在合理范围之内, 从而表明了本文模型的有效性.
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of terahertz source and focal plane detector, the minimum resolvable contrast(MRC) matched filter model of terahertz active imaging system is established by considering the influence of target-background characteristic, atmospheric attenuation and device attenuation. The MRC model is validated by combining the literature examples and the experimental results of the actual terahertz focal plane active imaging system. The results show that the measured value and the calculated value are basically the same, with the error in the reasonable range, which shows the validity of the model.
