用二元组合光学元件产生多重像

摘要
报道了一种用离轴型二元组合光学元件产生多重像的新方法。此元件集Fresnel波带板和二维Dammann光栅为一体,同时具有分束和聚焦功能。应用时无需成像透镜。分束点阵为9×9,焦距为823 mm。当物的频谱面和二元组合光学元件的平面重合时,在与物面共轭的像面上产生同一物的9×9个多重图像,排列与分束阵列相同,图像清晰均匀.光强相对误差小于5%。
Abstract
Multiple imaging produced by a binary combined optical element of axis-off type is reported. The element having functions of splitting and focussing is combined with a two-dimensional Damman grating and a Fresnel zone plate. An imaging lens is unnecessarily needed in application. The split arrays are 9×9 and the focus length is 823 mm. When the plane of the frequency spectrum of an object coincides with the plane of the binary combined optical element, we obtain 9 × 9 multiple images of the object on the images is the same as that of the split arrays. The images are clear and uniform. The relative distribution error of the split beam intensity is less than 5%.
