光动力学疗法诱导的宿主抗肿瘤免疫

Host Anti-tumor Immunity Induced by Photodynamic Therapy

摘要
光动力学疗法已用于多种肿瘤的局部治疗,研究表明光动力学疗法可诱导宿主产生抗肿瘤免疫应答.在应答初期,宿主天然免疫系统被激活,发生炎症和急性期反应,清除局部损伤,并最终启动获得性免疫应答,祛除残存的肿瘤细胞,在肿瘤的长期控制中发挥重要作用.笔者对此宿主应答的机制综述如下.
