氟磷酸盐激光玻璃光散射和激光破坏原因的研究
Study of the cause for light scattering and laser damage in fluorophosphate laser glasses
摘要
在氟磷酸盐激光玻璃中,由分相和析晶产生的固体夹杂物是光散射和激光损伤的主要原因。Fe、Cu;Ni、Si等杂质的不均匀沉积作用,使激光破坏阈值进一步降低。
Abstract
In fluorophosphate laser glasses light scattering and laser damage are caused mainly by solid inclusions which result from the liquid-phase separation and crystallization. Further decrease of damage threshold is considered to be caused by the precipitation of impurities such as Fe, Cu, Ni, Si etc.
